Does my horse need a passport to travel?

Yes, it is the law in the UK that all registered equines must travel with their passport.

Can I transport my tack with my horses?

Yes, we have a grooms area with plenty of room for your tack. If you are moving yards then we are happy to transport all of your yard equipment aswell.

Do I need insurance?

We are fully insured to transport horses across the UK, however we do recommend that you have your own horse insurance. If your horse needs veterinary attention the horse owner will be liable for any fees. All horses travel at the owners risk and we cannot accept responsibilities for any incidents which occur unless due to our own negligence.

Do we travel International?

No, we only travel in the UK.

Do you supply hay & water?

Yes, we do ensure water is on board for all longer journeys and during the summer months however unless specified we don’t supply hay dues to different dietary needs, we do have hay nets on board if you wish your horse to travel with hay.

Are you a registered horse transporter and insured?

Yes, we are authorised with DEFRA as a horse transporter, Type 1 we also hold WATO certificate of competance for transporting equines by road. All documentation can be shown and is in the truck at all times. We are fully insured with care-custody and control, hire and reward and public libility insurance.

Yes, we can send you a copy or they can also be found on our website.
